Escalate issues in a timely manner
Work with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues in order to settle trades

Ideal candidate should be willing to work in APAC shift hours (4 am or earlier)
The candidate should be well versed with all APAC market nuances
Should have good understanding of market applications / platforms
