The Role Responsibilities
Understand the testing requirement from the project perspective
Run tests & execute with Test planning, tracking and status reporting in line with test processes laid
Responsible to deliver the system on own. Engage the stakeholders and responsible for test coordination, participation in daily and weekly status meetings, test closure reports and signoffs.
Run the tests as per the Quality Processes under the Governance structure agreed with all stakeholders in the Test Strategies
Tracking and Reporting on Test Progress
To work closely with the delivery functions and ensure compliance with testing.
Deliver test projects according to the goals & standards as defined by Project.
Defect Reporting, Status Reporting and Defect Management.
Responsible for testing, artifacts preparation, timelines of testing.
Ensure transition from User verification Testing phase to Operational assurance.

Strategy
Strong knowledge and experience in Shell scripting.
Work experience on Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Scala, Nifi, Groovy and Scoop
Experience in HBase and Kafka
Knowledge on Data Warehousing
Strong knowledge on SQL query.
Experience in working in a AGILE delivery model.
Good analytical & communication skills to understand requirements / data ingestion framework and to articulate solutions/feedbacks.
Able to work independently.
Problem solving skills and Lateral thinking
Adaptive to the aggressive timelines in Testing.

Enterprise Technology – EDMp T1 Sprint Deliverables
Processes
Contribute in Development, standardization & rollout of testing framework on Test governance, life cycle, process, techniques, standards, tools etc.
Contribute in Developing Engagement Models, generic and specific
Contribute in Identifying test process improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency
Ensure that there are No defect leakages and High Severity incidents for all tests delivered in production.

Bachelor of Engineering.
Certification in Cloud, Hadoop
