Relevant profile: 7-10 years of experience.

Must have keywords in Resume: Android, Java, Kotlin
Prefer candidates with Following keywords in resume: React Native, MVVM, Xamarin. Nice to have keywords in resume: Flutter, RxJava.
Ideally from Pune or ready to relocate to Pune once Covid-19 situation is over.
Preferably the person should come from a company less than 3000 people. More preference to people from Service companies to Product companies.
Good communication skills. Don’t shortlist people with weak communication skills.

Must-Have
Excellent spoken and written communication skill.
Minimum 7 years of hands on Android Development experience.
Deep Knowledge of Java and Kotlin Programming Languages.
Deep Knowledge of open Source Android Library Ecosystem.
Hands on experience with setting up CI/CD for Android Projects.
Good to Have
Hands on experience in React Native or Xamarin.
Swift/Objective-C/iOS Programming experience.
Experience with Firebase Real Time Database or FireStore.
Hands on experience in Flutter
