Job Description : Introduction
As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Experience & expertise in Architecture, Design & Development of Enterprise Applications, using Blockchain (both Public and Private), Cloud technologies and strong focus on performance engineering.
This role will be responsible for Blockchain network design and implementation.
This role is also responsible for performance, availability and scalability of the applications.
Interfacing with clients to discuss technical aspects of solution, preparing and presenting Architectural work products.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Hands on Blockchain experience (Network and application architecture design and implementation. Blockchain integration with enterprise ecosystem) using Public/Private Blockchain network like Hyperledger Fabric/Ethereum/R3 Corda Must
Candidate must have at least one production grade Blockchain implementation experience.
Overall industry experience of 10+ years with 5+ years Relevant Blockchain experience.
Experience in architecting highly scalable solutions
Experience in Node JS or Golang
Experience in designing microservices based distributed systems.
Experience in Application Security design
Experience in Performance engineering.
Experience in application development using IBM Cloud/AWS/GCP/Azure.
Proficient in No-SQL databases (MongoDB, Couch), OpenAPI specification (swagger)
Working experience in SQL database (Postgres, Oracle, DB2, MySQL)
Working experience with Application containerization using Docker, Docker Compose.
Design and implementation experience using Kubernetes/Openshift.
Experience with DevOps pipeline design and implementation and knowledge of best practices and tools.
Working experience in Agile team
Leading team of developers
Estimation methods, Proposal preparation
Experience in working with Architectural standards/Blueprints.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Architect level certification on any Cloud.
Open Group certified Architect.
