Job Description : This role includes being our in-house point of contact for our CA for data preparation and accounts related support functions.What you will do:GST – Monthly: Data preparation to send to our CA, Review working for errorsTDS – Monthly: Data preparation to send to our CA, Review working for errors, TDS reimbursements from vendorsReconcile vendor invoicesManage vendor paymentsCreate sales invoices and follow up for collectionsMaintain soft copies of expense invoices, bank statementsMaintain Employee data and Payroll processingMaintain petty cashBe the contact point for our CAWhat we are looking for:Excel proficiency – high level (Vlookups, Pivot tables, etc)Job role does not include Tally data entryPrevious work experience and regulatory/compliance knowledgeGood communication skills to liaison with our CA/remote accountantsFluent in English and HindiPosition: This is a full time position based out of our office in MumbaiJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayApplication Question(s):Are you familiar with GST and TDS compliance laws?Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
