Our role

Working as part of the Brand Marketing Function this role is accountable for the overall planning, management, and execution of all retail and digital brand experience activity under the direction of the Head of Brand with day-to-day management by the Brand Marketing Manager.

Retail Event Marketing

With a current (and growing) retail estate of 62 stores in the UK, this role crucially leads the innovation and curation of all brand individual store experiences in order to inspire, engage and reward our loyal community and drive the continuous evolution of local retail marketing best practice.

What you’ll be doing
Co-ordination, development, implementation, and subsequent evaluation of annual retail events programme in line with company priorities
Create, manage, and implement all brand retail activity generated to support:
New store openings
Seasonal launches
Extension of the digital event series event in-store
Product specific launches
Cascade and manage the delivery of marketing event-local tool kits
Build excellent relationships with the retail teams, present at regional meetings, liaise with retail operation’s’ and store colleagues to support the implementation of local marketing and retail events store-specific marketing activity
Regularly visit stores, sites, and catchments to better understand the locality and build relationships with the area
Manage the retail marketing budget – tracked, measurable and always updated

Digital Events Series:

Curate, program and execute the seasons digital event content series built to embody our brand message through style inspiration, modern hospitality and wellness to inspire and engage our growing community. Underpinned always with authority and education and allowing for an inclusive conversation featuring a diverse roster of new voices.
