Job Description : Advert title: Assistant Financial AccountantSalary: £22,000 to £26,000 per year plus bonusHours: Full-timeLocation: Nantwich, CheshireJob type: PermanentDue to continuing growth, Ableworld (UK) Ltd are recruiting for an experienced, part qualified Assistant Financial Accountant (CIMA level 2 or equivalent) to provide strong support to the Financial Accountant and Finance Director based at our Nantwich Head Office.The successful candidate will have: -Experience of working in a busy finance team and be adaptable to a dynamic working environment.With a number of owned companies as well as a franchise network, the finance team deal with all aspects of accounting within the business including; extensive purchase ledger, monthly VAT reporting, bank reconciliations, supplier statement reconciliations, detailed journal postings to branch/nominal level, internal and external reporting.The position will report directly to the Financial Accountant and areas of responsibility will include: -1. All Purchase ledger (AP)2. Intercompany recharging and reconciliation3. GRPO/PO4. All Sales ledger (AR) – Auto Invoices/ Validity of data5. Bank reconciliations6. Monthly payment runs7. Annual audit work relating to primary accounting8. Preparation of VAT returns9. Sales and GP reporting and analysis – Pre-Reporting10. Stock analysis11. Monthly Balance sheet reconciliations12. Providing finance advice/support to all finance and non-finance staff within the company where necessary13.
