Job Description : We currently have a requirement for an Assistant Management Accountant to join the team and work closely with all the finance teams across the Group, ensuring that all intercompany and recharge transactions are reflected correctly across the Group’s various financial systems.

Key accountabilities will include:
Process monthly Group recharges to distribute central costs across the contracts and overheads

Manage ad hoc monthly transfers between overheads and post the process cost allocation journal

Management accounts preparation

Answer queries relating to central recharges

Run the monthly fixed asset process (additions, transfers, disposals) and calculate and post monthly depreciation journals

Update AICC for the month, include new projects and move any completed projects to fixed assets

Tax pack analysis

We are looking for you to have worked in a similar role/environment and ideally be undertaking an accountancy qualification. You will also be competent using Excel with good attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines.

To be successful in the role you will be a team player with excellent communications skills to effectively maintain internal and external relationships.
