Role Summary
Senior Associate in Assessment Design & Analytics plays a crucial role in delivering high quality Cognitive (Aptitude) assessment content to clients for their pre-hiring requirements. This role requires continuous pursuit of improving & applying subject matter expertise.

Role Responsibilities
Understanding assessment content requirement shared by clientsActive involvement in client discussions to suggest assessment topicsPreparation of MCQ items & assessment instruments as per the requirementConstant improvement & application of subject matter expertise
Generation of reports and templates through analytics
