Job Description : Assistant Manager E-Commerce-Retail Industry Salary 50000-80000/mReporting to: DirectorLocation KochiExperience 5 to 8 years only from the retail Industry Qualification MBA Systems PreferredTechnical Competencies ·Budgeting and forecasting ·Brand management & communication ·Knowledge of Jewelry Industry ·Understanding of different web technologies ·Basic knowledge in difference programming languages .Good knowledge in E-Commerce Operations/ online marketing *Roles & ResponsibilitiesPlan and roll out Digital Marketing CalendarReview new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketingWork with external agencies when required to develop the online presenceResponsible for all digital activities through Online Sales channelsConfigure the online sales homepage and update product content and manage product categories by coordinating with Web designers and technical service providersManaging the company websiteKeep abreast of the latest best practices, trends and emerging technologies with regards to Search and Content Marketing as well as onsite searchCoordination with agency and internal team to ensure a smooth online shopping experienceTo deal promptly and professionally with customer email and telephone enquiriesEnsure a satisfactory outcome for the customer and resolve issues fairly while maintaining a positive image of Sunny Diamond in the customer’s mindTo liaise with the Finance Team in order to sort out any issues relating to refunds or returned itemsComplete monthly reporting of customer service statistics, showing e-mail and order volumesLiaison directly with suppliers to resolve any customer complaints or issues as necessary”Ensure that online platforms are adequately stocked, and this is reflected in the systemAccounts Management, Coordinate invoicing processes and stock management processesLiaison as required with the online platform warehouses in order to resolve delivery issuesUpdate stock batches as needed, and process returnsPerform monthly stock takes with warehouse and reconcile any variancesOnline Marketing Budget preparation, implementing and monitoringIdentify and advise opportunities that will increase sales and marketing performance for search campaigns and the entire digital channel overallKeeping up to date with changes and advances in social media and advising on new channels and approaches to adoptEnsuring return on investment for the different online marketing campaigns. “Ensure profit margins are maintained and targets achieved through e-commerceManage expenses and budgets for the e-commerce platformMonitor ‘Daily sales figures weekly and escalate any anomalies promptlyPerform regular competitor analysis to generate new treds, to determine price points and online branding and e-comm platform presenceSupport the Director in various aspects of e-commerceWork across e-Commerce and merchandising teams and other stakeholders to create and support content marketing effortsOpen opportunities for all sales channels by driving traffic to site, developing a compelling online product offering and therefore naturally increasing conversion ratesContinuous development and maintenance of E-Commerce operational activities “*Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Assistant Manager E-Commerce-: 8 years (Preferred)Retail Industry: 8 years (Preferred)
