Description
Role / Task Description PMO support:
Updating project weekly’s status report
Provide advice and guidance to all relevant staff in the use of the agreed program and project management methodology, processes and techniques
Creating a project’s risk and issue matrix (excel / board) and defining mitigating actions in collaboration with project lead, PMO, work stream leaders
Creating target group / stakeholder map (excel)
Supporting me in defining a communication and change plan including a milestone plan (incl. a meeting plan) (excel and PowerPoint)
Providing event management skills and being able to support workshops globally (every month we run a sprint of 5 days which need preparation and follow-ups) à on occasion be required to work irregular hours as sprints are run globally (ASPAC, AMERICAS, EMA time zones are involved)
Creating PPT slides for different meetings such as meetings with Sponsor, steerco, etc.
Administrative work for example updating tasks in our board, file documents online, project library, etc.
Role / Task Description Workstream leaders support:
Methodology/Framework
Supporting in tracking work of workstream leaders (writing minutes, integrating actions into our board, follow-ups) (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
Gather and organize relevant DD materials (tools, analysis, training materials, best practices) from KPMG Member firms (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
Anonymize collected DD materials (client materials and information, this means that we would need to exclude client names for example in PowerPoint and Excel)
Provide assistance on the design of Methodology Framework and on the population of the relevant D+ content (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Source)
Assist creation and implementation of the TS Methodology Framework on the TS Source Page
Reporting
help in the preparation of the reporting templates e.g. in terms of formatting and visualizations (PowerPoint and Excel)
help in the drafting of the reporting template regarding the contents, e.g. gathering team members’ ideas and examples and combining them into the reporting template (Excel and PowerPoint)
Qualifications
Great knowledge in project management and how to work in the digital work is key (at a certain point we will need to work with JIRA and BIG Picture for example)
