Job Description : Job Description: -· Mechanical Engineering having experience in NPD, Engineering support activities like EO Modification.· Full understanding of NPD Cycle from Concept to Production Launch· Develop components along with suppliers, develop component specifications for structural component (Plastics) and assemblies, PFMEA and test plan.· Good understanding on Manufacturing of plastics,· Should have Knowledge on CAD software’s.· Knowledge to understand the Technical drawings.· Knowledge on Documents Like PPAP/APQP, G8D, CMR Preparation.· Should be well conversant about Injection Moulding process, preferable raw material – PP, ABS, PC, etc…· Should have sound knowledge about quality std. of plastic products including inspection methods, testing methods etc…· Understanding of assembly line and testing, Excellent self-learning Capabilities, Excellent project coordination skills and working experience with Multi-functional teams of Customer and Offshore· Should have good knowledge about problem solving technique like 8D method, fish bone diagram., why-why analysis etc.· Should be capable to handle customer issues regarding product quality and ensure on time fulfilment of customer requirements.· Knowledge of IATF requirement.· Knowledge on Injection Moulding Operations.· Knowledge in Painting Process.· Computer Knowledge on MS Office is must.· Tool follow up with tool maker.· Obtain Customers approval for the new parts.· Ability to handle a small team (Leadership).· Ability to train subordinates.Tooling: · Knowledge on Drawing Reading· Knowledge on Operation like Cutting M/C, Drilling, and Tapping· Knowledge on Machines of Lathe, Surface Grinding and Milling, VMC Programming and Operating.· Tool Design Knowledge· 3-D Modelling (UG – NX, CATIA V5, AutoCAD).· Knowledge of MS Office.· Knowledge of IATF requirement (Tool History Card, Tool Life Monitoring, etc.)· Knowledge of Wire-Cutting M/C, EDM Machine, Centerless-Grinding, Cylindrical Grinding· Knowledge about Tool correction and modification. Knowledge of Tool Assembly· Suppliers Follow-up.· Knowledge Of 5S and Kaizen.· Knowledge on Plastic Injection Raw Material.· Technical & Negotiation Discussions with Suppliers.· Knowledge of Tool Maintenance, Shot Count and History Card Management.· Knowledge of Progressive Tools.· Knowledge about increasing the tool life.· Cost Reduction and VAVE.· Knowledge of poke-yoke.· Basic Safety Requirement.· Handling and Usage of instruments.· Ability to handle a small team (Leadership).· Ability to train subordinates.Work RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹33,022.00 – ₹83,959.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEvening shiftMorning shiftExperience:total work: 7 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
