Job Description : Our client is an international financial trading house and an operating division of a leading global banking organisation. As such they are able to be agile and commercial, benefiting from both their comparatively small size, whilst leveraging the size of their parent company.Currently they are looking for a part-qualified or newly qualified accounting professional to report to the Head of Regulatory Reporting & TaxAs part of a small and diversely skilled team, this role will be responsible for the following (including):Prepare Large Exposure Monitoring for cash accounts.Prepare CASS Reporting and Reconciliations in accordance with CASS Handbook.Assist in implementation MIFIDPRU rules under IFPR.Prepare MIF returns for submission to the FCA in accordance with the MIFIDPRU handbook under IFPR.Prepare other Financial Reporting to FCA.Prepare the Corporation Tax Quarterly Instalment Payments.Assist in the preparation of the Annual Corporate Tax return.Assist in the review of Head Office regulatory reporting.Prepare Regulatory Disclosures in the Financial Statements.Assisting Risk department preparing regulatory documents including ICARA, by providing relevant financial input.Assist in ad-hoc accounting, tax and project related mattersTo be the ideal candidate for this position, you should be a newly qualified (or part-qualified) accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with relevant financial services regulatory reporting experience. Knowledge of CRD IV/V reporting would be an advantage. Strong MS Excel is essential.
