Responsibilites
Work together with Marketing team to review/enhance current proposition and pricing and its effectiveness to drive new acquisition.
Work together with Analytics team to develop and execute programs to drive incremental revenue from portfolio.
Work together with Channels team to monitor channel productivity and develop strategy to keep improving the result.
Work together with Analytics, Customer Experience, and Marketing to review customer journey in both digital and Phygital channels (onboarding, engagement, grow, anti-attrition, etc)
Work together with Analytics to design and implement champion challenger tests as part of revenue funnel optimization strategy.
Create regular progress update to management.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Banking/Financial Industry
Has general understanding of Liabilities & Wealth products
Has experience to execute revenue optimization program
Has experience/knowledge on portfolio management or product management or customer life cycle management
Has experience/knowledge on digital channel
Primary Location: Indonesia
