Job Description : 3000+ active applications with about 20000+ CI Components. As an IT governance practitioner the primary mandate is to manage technical debt i.e. govern and drive reduction. Managing technical debt helps various functions to have a seamless technology experience. Thus, helping the individual contribute to Novartis’ vision to Reimagine Medicine
Roles & Responsibilities
Build a culture of application and technology lifecycle management activities. Application management activities would include governing entire application lifecycle management activities,Provide guidance to various function stakeholders to drive Technology Modernization mandate.Spearhead end to end delivery of the QlikSense development project/s. Major responsibilities include providing requirements, testing the dashboard, gathering feedback from users etc.Plan overall project and monitor the progress.
Manage stakeholders and get their buy-in on reducing technical debt and maintaining Application Data quality.
Guide/coach project team members by helping them resolve any issues.Ensure successful delivery and lead by example the transformational change brought by the project.

Minimum requirements
Graduation / post-graduation in the relevant domainAbout 15+ years of experience, with prior experience in governing technical debt projects.A thorough understanding of how Tech Debt is calculated and reduced in organizations.Prior experience of driving QlikSense development projects and working on SNOW APM module.Ability to work fully independently and lead without authority.Knowledge and working experience of various applications or technologiesAbility to work in a matrix environment, curiosity and agility – paired with accuracy and reliability. Demonstrated leadership with ability to coach others.
