Job Description : Overview:
In this role the Engineer (Avionics/Sensors) will be working on Verification and Validation activities in the Aerospace domain, developing tools/software required to Automate the End to End Verification and deploying the latest verification techniques in order to reduce the cost and produce best in class software. Actively participate in SBU interactions on daily basis on work progress, technical issues and resolutions.
Position: Associate Engineer (P1)
Primary Responsibilities:
Proficient in Software Verification and Validation as per DO 178B/C standards.
Proficient in Hardware- Software Integration Level at black box level, Emulator Based testing.
Hands on experience in performing structural coverage and Model coverage Analysis.
Hands on experience in performing Memory, Stack and Timing margin analysis.
Able to demonstrate the verification process and artifacts in SOI#3 audits independently.
Demonstrated capability to develop verification tools using NI-LabVIEW, Python to achieve 100% Automation in Verification.
Knowledge of communication protocols like CAN, ARINC 429, AFDX, Time Triggered Protocol.
Experience on usage of the Configuration Management and Change management Tools (Polarion, DOORs, Synergy, Tortoise SVN)
Able to quickly learn the new technologies and deploy them with minimum dependency.
Ability to interact with SBU and cross functional team for technical discussions and demonstrations.
Able to work in AGILE team with good knowledge on agile techniques/frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, Program Increment, Feature Development, User Story development and backlog tracking.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering with 3 – 5 years of relevant experience.
