Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Provide analytics solutions delivery and reporting support to Novartis internal customers, drive continuous improvements and elevate client experience.Act as a technologist/full-stack developer for analytics solutions development and deliveryBe part of the Innovation team to rapidly develop innovative Proof of Value (PoV) projects and deploy solutions for internal partners.Act as a full-stack developer for the development and design of the front-end to the back-end applicationBuild custom applications using the latest web technologies to deliver innovative analytics/AI/Data Science-based solutions that include programming at the data layer, integration layer, API layer, and UI layer.Design and develop the intuitive and interactive web user interface and user experience (UI/UX)Implement the solution in agile product management, prepare user stories, maintain project plan, track sprint progress and report progressDemonstrate strong initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision or direction.Monitor, comply and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.Become a catalyst in developing and sustaining an inspiring, curious, and un-bossed culture

Minimum requirements
What you’ll bring to the role
Proficiency with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB and integrationExcellent knowledge in managing large and multiple datasets coming from multiple databases/sourcesExperience in working in a DevOps environment and Azure or AWS Cloud / Docker/ Virtual Machines/KubernetesFamiliar with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript.Familiar with Agile Scrum MethodologyGood communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and Experience of working closely with the global partners
Desirable requirements
Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education.Fluent in English (written and spoken)6+ years of hands on expertise on full stack application development with Java technologies, Node JS and Relational Database (SQL) / NoSQL technologiesMinimum 6+ years of Solid experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React and Node.js and proficient in server-side languages such as Python and NodeJS and developing Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
