About the Role:

CaaStle is searching for a detail-oriented, analytically minded Associate Marketing Manager to assist in the management and execution of marketing programs. You’ll be part of an innovative, collaborative marketing team who is thoroughly obsessed with customer acquisition, loyalty, and retention. This is an outstanding opportunity for a smart, passionate, and data-driven marketer.

What You’ll Do:

Partner with the marketing manager to create and manage email, site and paid marketing programs.
Oversee creative ticket submissions, asset management and client approvals.
Pull metrics & reporting from various sources to inform marketing strategies.
Responsible for email reporting and ensuring all KPIs are captured.
Manage and maintain client facing marketing calendars with channel level support
Prep internal and external weekly marketing reports by channel.
Consolidate campaign performance data and format results for client facing presentations
Collaborate with the NYC based marketing team on ad-hoc data requests and developing client facing materials.
Keep up with digital marketing trends.

We’d love for you to have:

Two plus years of experience with email or digital marketing.
Bachelor’s degree.
E-commerce or other digital marketing experience is preferred.
Basic understanding of performance marketing KPIs
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Keen eye for detail, data entry skills and extensive experience with Excel is required. Data analysis and manipulation skills a plus.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a laser-like focus on the details.
Ability to form cross-functional relationships with the entire organization, particularly the Creative, Account Management and Marketing department
Highly motivated and a high level of initiative.
Interest in style is a plus.
