Job Description : Strong Technical and Techno functional person with Total 6 to 8 Years of experience with minimum 5 years of experience with minimum 2 Years in Salesforce. Below is the list of skills required,
1. Functionally strong in Any one of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ (Configure Price Quote)
2. Nice to have person who understand E-commerce, Marketing Cloud and Varying Industry Cloud exposure.
3. Hands on person willing to code and enthusiastic/ passionate about technical problems in Salesforce.
4. Has Basic exposure to Salesforce Lightning ( Lightning Experience, Aura and LWC) and willing to go in depth of Salesforce.
5. Has worked in Data Driven Development using Java, Hibernate and Java Portals.
6. Worked on full lifecycle Project Implementation in Java, working on Front end to Backend understanding coding and deployment.
7. Could perform System Evaluation in recommending points and consideration for Config vs Code.
8. Has performed at-least One End to end Project Transformations in Salesforce using Sales, Service or Community.
9. Proactive and willing to learn new Technologies with focus on Very Large Data Volumes and Security.
10. Voracious and Independent thinker willing to handle Customer/ Stakeholders. Willing to work independently as required.
11. Should be aware of Scrum working process and has been familiar with scaled agile ( Stories, Sprints, Ceremonies).
12. Ideal to have someone who has worked in Java/J2EE initially and moved to Salesforce with Basic Admin, Developer Certification willing to get more hands in Salesforce.
13. Candidate should be aware of Cloud Infrastructure, worked on Persistance ( EJB or Hibernate).
14. Nice to have Candidate experience with Java Patterns
