Automation Testing – Manager
We are looking for a Manager to join our organization and be a part of success in delivering the software development projects with quality by deriving complex test scenarios, design quality test cases/scripts and execute manual/automated tests and report defects in the system. Should be able to deliver automation of end-to-end functional modules, assist in status reporting and effectively communicate.

Qualifications –
Required –
Bachelor’s Degree with 10-15 years of industry experience in automation testing
Excellent programming skills and a good grasp of software design principles
Proven track record of developing and implementing different types of automation test framework
development environment
Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle, and processes.
Strong experience in Test framework design and automation (Selenium/UFT)
Experience in managing test environment and implementing builds
Experience in creating Test Plans, Test strategy, and Test schedule
Experience with estimation models to provide accurate estimates for manual/automation test plans
Identify project risks and work with PMO to document, evaluate, assess, and respond to the risks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4+ years’ hands-on test Automation Development Experience with tools like Selenium, JUnit, Cucumber, Test Complete, IBM RFT, UFT etc.
2+ years of experience creating Automation Frameworks and detailed test cases/scripts for technical and/or business clients, CI/CD using Jenkins, GIT, Bitbucket
Preferred –
§ ISTQB and HP QTP Certified
§ Working experience in more than one automation tool
§ Working knowledge of multiple test management tools
§ Have a deep understanding of automation frameworks and have expertise in problem-solving skills
§ Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
§ Expertise in database testing including designing and manipulating test data, validating stored procs, jobs, triggers and replication.
§ Experience with functional testing of web and thick-client applications
