Are you passionate about Autonomous Driving Cars, Robotics and Image/Video processing? We are looking for highly motivated and committed software test engineer for a role in the QRide team with strong technical acumen, strong background in system testing especially with in Automotive Software with background in C++, Python development. You will work with a committed team of engineers to develop and deploy extraordinary features for the current and next generation self-driving cars.
As a senior engineer in the Qride team in Bangalore, you will be part of a highly collaborative worldwide team of experts with a passion for innovation and strong desire to deliver the best in class in Self Driving solutions.
We are a leading semiconductor company and are paving the way with innovations in mobile, computing, AI and self-driving cars. Qualcomm gives automakers, tier-1 suppliers, automotive research institutions, and start-ups the power and flexibility to develop and deploy breakthrough systems for self-driving vehicles
Ability to derive, document, and present test plan and requirements from the associated detailed technology requirements.
Derives the test plan for features/use cases for the planned deliverables
Documents the test plan in detail
Implements and executes the test cases
Adheres to the compliance followed
Engineer with 4+yrs of industry experience required in one or more of the following areas:
Git, JIRA
Excellent in Python programming. Understanding of Programming languages like C, C++ would be plus
Excellent in Shell scripting and automation
Knowledge in General Automotive use cases and Autonomous Driving use cases
Knowledge of Automotive SW and HW architecture will be a plus.
Exposure to the standards like AUTOSAR , ISO 26262 and ASPICE etc would be a plus
Experience in developing test cases by understanding the features list
Experience with Code revision management tools like Git and CI/CD process
Exposure to Software lifecycle methodologies like Agile
Bachelors – Electrical and Electronics or Computer Science from a reputed institute.
Work Experiences
4+ year experience with proven record in a related field.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors – Computer Science, Bachelors – Engineering, Bachelors – Information Systems
Work Experiences:
2+ years experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience

4+ years Software Engineering or related work experience. ,1+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above). ,2+ years experience working in a large matrixed organization. ,2+ years experience with API. ,2+ years experience with Database Management Software.
