Job Description : Backend Developer*Position Overview**As a member of the team, you will work in a growing, collaborative environment taking advantage of modern technologies such as API Integration, Data Lakes, Business Intelligence DevOps, and Pipelines.**As our Python Developer, you will lead the design strategy, architecture, and implementation of progressive and modern solutions with a focus on scalability and growth. Responsibilities include managing the interchange of data between the FinTech application and cross-functional teams. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from different front-end applications.**Responsibilities**Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applicationsIntegration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with efficient and reusable server-side logicDesign and implement data dashboards and analytic reports using modern web frameworksIntegration/design of data storage solutions for DataLake and Business intelligenceCollaborate with cross-functional teams and gather end-user’s requirementsPerformance tuning, usability, improvement, automation, and deployment**Requirements**Proven experience leading the design and architecture of applications and solutions with multiple data sourcesWorking knowledge of Messaging technologies e.g. RabbitMQStrategically minded with exceptional communication skillsKnowledge of fundamental design principles behind scalable application developmentExperience working within an IT organization with quality processes, guidelines, and SOP’sHighly organized with strong attention to details2+ years working with Python web frameworks (Django required; flask/turbo gears/web2py nice to have)1+ years working with AWS (Lambda, RDS)Docker experience or equivalent container experience2+ years working with open-source relational database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL)Experience using javascript frameworks (i.e. React, etc)Feels comfortable and has experience working in a Unix environment (Unix command line)Strong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to accurately estimate workCommitment to providing quality completed deliverables with well-factored, maintainable codeExperience with VCS (git)**Desired SkillsERP application development/integrationMongoDB, SQL Server, Rocket Unidata*Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:All employees are facilitated with work from home option considering the covid scenario.Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Python: 2 years (Preferred)javascript frameworks: 2 years (Preferred)
