Job Description : Your field of responsibility
As a part of role, your responsibility includes:
Finance & Vendor / Contract Management / Management Reporting
Perform tasks for timely renewal of contracts, raising all service POs, regular connects and reporting to the partners to monitor the spend, coordinating with SEZ, Site management teams and the vendors for all deliveries, billing approvals, invoice due diligence to ensure billing against accurately classified POs for RTB and CTB spend and processing these invoices as per the standard SOPs
Invite and evaluate quotations from contracted vendors, Maintain the operating cost efficiency and mitigate any financial risk
Lead & improve operational processes like supply chain and procurements, meetings with global partners for budget and vendor relationship management
Produce monthly financial reports and analysis for the department using advanced Excel spreadsheet functions and Power BI
Lead analytics related projects delivery and solutions implementation, from requirement gathering to producing reports and polished presentations, collecting feedback from the partners
Become a Subject Matter Expert and primary point-of-contact for data analytics within the department
Perform data mining and analysis on unstructured data from various databases like Data Lake, Oracle and Hadoop using SQL and produced polished reports
Build and distribute ad hoc reports while identifying and resolving technical reporting errors using VBA scripting
End User Communications & Events
Prepare and send end user communication as per approved templates
Lead awareness and branding related end user communications for IT products and services targeting users globally
Prepare reports and generate insights on the India partner engagement view whenever required
As a part of the BUS India Communication work stream support the BUSS deployments and adoption for products
Represent India communications team in all global forums and lead the planning & organization of events like Business Advisory Boards, IT Expert Bars etc
Risk & Control Governance
Handling day to day coordination with India captive & vendor sites to collect & review evidence submitted on monthly basis as per established Risk controls for site support, record, and track deviations till closure
Maintain risk register for site support India gathering all internal & external audit observations
Participate in Quarterly/Yearly site audit of established controls and highlight & track deviations till closure
Prepare and publish monthly risk report for Site support India.

Your skills and experience
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 Years of experience in Shared services function (Finance, budgeting, vendor & contract management, communications, Risk & Control, streamlining processes)
In-depth and excellent knowledge of Microsoft excel, PowerPoint, word, SharePoint administration, SharePoint Development
Good understanding on Finance & Risk management
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
A focus on automation & streamlining of operational processes
Ability to recognize priorities and handle global partners
Demonstrate a high level of customer focus and empathy
Can remain calm in high pressure and/or difficult situations
Analyze data and produce polished reports
