Position Purpose
Under the direct responsibility of the FUNCT&TVL – Data Solutions Division Head. Will also be under the responsibility of Datalake Developer Chapter lead for the DATA SOLUTIONS division.
The Informatica Engineer position will add to the needed capacity of the team to fulfill the demands expressed by Wealth Management Business. Covering new developments and/or evolution of existing applications managed by the DATALAKE SQUAD.
DIRECT RESPONSIBILITY
Develop solutions for Wealth Management Business under the Datalake Squad. .
Provide technical specifications in line with the DFS (detailed functional specification).
Provide development effort estimation whenever requested.
Provide support during SIT, UAT, PRODUCTION roll-out and post-production whenever needed.
Ensure code reviews for products delivered are conducted.
Ensure the project timelines are met within budget and with good quality.
Ensure the standards per the Wealth management governance are followed at all times.
Ensure all aspects of security are respected at all times during the course of work.

Specific Qualifications (if required)
Minimum 7 years relevant experience as Informatica Engineer on components such as INFORMATICA EDC,BDQ/DEQ. INFORMATICA BDM/DEI
Having a strong concept of Data Platform – Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Management, BI Analytics & Data Science
Having a good understanding of Data Engineering Workloads – Sourcing, Ingesting, Distributed Layered Storage, History, Warehousing, Data Mart
Having a good understanding of Data Sourcing Approach – Batch, Real-time Streams, Change Data Capture, Bulk REST API
Having a good understanding of Data Modelling design covering Landing-Base-Quality-Transformed, Dimension (SCD), Facts, Star Schema
Having a good understanding of Data Storage approach covering Interim, Base, History, Archive, Formats, Schema registry, Schema Evolution
Exposure to BIG DATA PLATFORM like HADOOP
Exposure to BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE TOOLS such as TABLEAU, SAP BI4, RSTUDIO is a plus
Experience in business requirements gathering involving ANALYTICS and the solutions around the big data technology and BI tools.
Good understanding of Wealth Management Products is a plus.
Experience in working in Linux Based environment with Scripting skills in Shell & Python
Good to have know-how of REST API & Streaming based Ingestion using Informatica Tools
Working experience on Agile & DataOps tools like JIRA, Jenkins, BitBucket, Serena
Working experience Full Project Cycle – Design, Build, Unit testing, Issue troubleshooting & Deployments
