Job Description : Everest Health Care Solutions search for an experienced Billing/Payroll Specialist for an organization located in Arizona.Responsibilities: The Billing/Payroll Specialist is responsible for the completion of accurate and timely medical providers Billing and processing payroll for office and field staff.Billing/Payroll Specialist’s primary responsibilities are to ensure that all processes, systems, reviews and oversight, that are required for billing, are in place and monitored, billing is submitted timely, and that payments are received.Requirements : Billing/Payroll Specialist must have a broad understanding of the overall billing and collection processes and is able to identify breakdowns that may hinder or prevent timely billing and collections.Billing/Payroll Specialist will ensure that all claims are submitted accurately and timely and will conduct the proper follow up to ensure all claims are accepted and rejected claims are remediated.Qualifications: Associates degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.Minimum two years of experience in Home Health required.Expert skills in use of EMR(Kantime, Availit, Waystar) billing portals and eligibility systems, CMS 1500, Sandata knowledge preferred, proficient in Excel and the ability to learn new software applicationsKnowledge of regulations and requirements for specific areas of Home Health Care Agency billing and follow up such as Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care plans.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25000-₹40000 per month.Schedule: 9 hour shift (8.30pm – 5.30am)Monday to FridayExperience: ICD-10: 2 years (Preferred)Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA): 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: NO WFH , STRICTLY WFONovel Tech Park, Kudlu Gate, Krishna Reddy Industrial Area, Hosapalaya, Muneshwara Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068, India.Interested candidates can get in touch with GopaKumar @ +91-XXXXXXXXXX.
