TURN CHALLENGES INTO SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS
As BIM Modeller MEP you will join our global team of experts and will report to Head of Tunnels, BIM-MEP, Tunnels and Underground Structures. You will work in project with multiple disciplines involved like MEP, Structures, Architecture, Geo.

On a day-to-day basis you will:
Develop Revit models for MEP Services (HVAC, PH & FF, Electrical & ELV) from concept stage to detail design stage
Prepare SLD drawings for all MEP services. Have good knowledge on preparing Revit families
Work on coordination and clash resolution of MEP disciplines in Navisworks. You should have good understanding of Design
Coordinate with design engineer for the information required to prepare Revit models and generate drawings as required

To succeed in this position, you should be an effective communicator with having an excellent written & spoken English skill. In addition, you should have ability to work in multicultural environment & be able to perform under tight deadlines.
Furthermore, to align with the organisations overarching driver of technical excellence, you should:

Hold a Diploma/Engineering graduate in Electrical/Mechanical with 3 – 10 years of experience in BIM Modelling
Have advanced working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks software. Experience on Dynamo, MicroStation, AECOSIM will be an added advantage.
Have good understanding of design concept of any one discipline (HVAC/PL & FF/Elec)
Have good understanding of BIM Standards and workflow
