Job Description : Great opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper and Office Administrator to join our well established document management company that offers professional and progressive working environment.The working days and hours can be flexible to meet individual needs, meaning you can work your hours anywhere between 8:30am-5:30pm and lots of additional benefits. The office is conveniently located next to Manchester City Centre and close to all major transport links as well as we have a secure onsite car park facility.We are looking for an individual who will assist us with the day-to-day bookkeeping and general administrative tasks as listed but not limited to below.General bookkeeping using Sage line 50 SoftwareCredit controlGeneral administrative taskIdeally the successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience;Use of Sage Line 50 softwareExcellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skillsIT literate (Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite)Salary: Will be based on experience and discussed at interviewFull training will also be provided to the successful candidate and expected start date is around mid March.
