From start-ups to established businesses our team members strive to help companies reach their goals.Whatever your needs our experienced team is here to help you every step of the way.Key accountabilitiesProcessing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software or databases then filing hard copies.Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure.Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances.Completing VAT returns.Verifying the accuracy of business accounts and alerting the Accountant of errors.Recording any inconsistencies to help the Accountants reconcile inaccuracies.Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets.Preparing employee wages.Managing employee expense claims.Helping the Accountant with administrative duties and preparing yearly accounts.· Collation/reporting of company financial performance , interpreting data and trends to make recommendations on business performance.The person· Experience working in similar role.· Willingness to learn and develop.· You must have a keen eye for accuracy and take pride in completing your work to a high standard.· Must be skilled in excel.If you want to be part of a unique brand and prefer to work in a dynamic, supportive, enthusiastic and progressive organisation, please click on APPLY NOW!Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 37.5 per weekSalary: £14.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Accounting: 1 year (preferred)bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
