Job Description : Working alongside and reporting to the directors, Ignition Fires is looking to recruit a full time Bookkeeper with excellent working knowledge and experience of XERO.Ignition Fires is a well established, friendly, local business retailing high-end Fireplaces, Stoves and Gas fires from our main HQ in Cranleigh and The Emporium at Holmwood.The team currently consists of approx 10 staff across sales/customer service/warehouse and deliveries etc.The position will be based in our Cranleigh premises, though occasional work at Holmwood would be required – perhaps one morning per week on average.Bookkeeping duties to include payroll and looking after wages, PAYE, VAT etc for two companies. Maintenance of admin and records etc.We’d love to find someone that finds the Fireplace and home improvement market interesting so it’s not just a matter of product codes and invoice numbers!The position will be full time or possibly part-time according to workload and we do have some flexibility on this, and also hours.A competitive salary will be offered according to experience and capability.
