About our Fintech Client
Our client is a new and well-funded London based FinTech company, developing a technology platform to provide a superior client experience within Investment Management.
The company is about to commence rapid growth, and 2022 will be an exciting year for a motivated graduate to join at the start of their journey.
This exciting new role will offer you a broad level of experience in numerous fields including technology, marketing, business infrastructure and investment processes whilst working in a modern, digital and diverse environment with a very flexible approach.
The Role
The role will be high paced and varied and will involve business analysis as well as administrative tasks and will support numerous business functions as they develop.
Examples (non-exhaustive) of tasks:
Coordinate between investment, technology and creative functions
Perform market analysis, including available technologies
Organise collaborative projects and prepare documentation
Assist with the app development tasks, including help with preparation of workshops, beta test sessions as well as user stories documentation
Liaise with external advisers
Attend meetings with co-founders and Chief Inestment Officer as required
Organise team meet ups and off-sites
Requirements
The Candidate
We are seeking a motivated graduate, with excellent numeracy and communication skills to assist the co-founders with day-to-day organisation, business analysis and team coordination.
Requirements:
Prior experience within the Finance, Tech, Consulting or Digital sphere is desirable
An analytical and consultative nature is essential
A strong interest in technology
Experience in Excel modelling is beneficial
Entrepreneurial mindset
Strong team ethos
Strong attention to detail
Ability to think outside of the box
In return our client will offer an exciting and varied role with real potential for growth within the business as the firm expands.
The main team is based in London, and we would request availability to work in London a minimum 3 days a week, Tuesday – Thursday, at our offices in Mayfair.
