Job Description : The Sr. Sales Leader is responsible for driving the sales process and outcomes on a dedicated basis, growing a profitable pipeline/backlog of opportunities with desired clients, through deal origination, sales negotiations and closure. You can expect to balance your time across multiple activities like targeting the right clients, identifying new opportunities, growing a quality pipeline, leading pursuit teams as you are the “voice of the client,” and winning profitable deals that create mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value through better experiences. You will strive to make every interaction with our prospects and Clients a value-exchange. From the initial outbound email or lead form response, you’ll communicate timely, honestly, and intelligently. You’ll share insights from our experts + experience and have an educated point of view on strategy, technology, and design.
The Sr. Sales Leader will focus on key growth verticals (e.g. retail, financial services, healthcare) and solution areas (e.g. commerce, customer and/or employee experiences and digital products) for Rightpoint. You will “hunt” by leveraging established relationships, while also expanding upon relationships through networking, speaking engagements, alliances and organization involvement. The Client Executive is expected to be intimately familiar with selling experience strategy, design and development to connect Rightpoint’s cross-functional capabilities within your industry-specific opportunities.

What You’ll Do and the Impact You’ll Make:
Create a market plan and work with leadership to validate the right targets for Rightpoint services.
Leading the development of long-term relationships with new and existing clients through careful planning, strategizing, and value creation
Effectively construct and tell a compelling and clear story around the the value proposition (and differentiation within the market) of Rightpoint’s services to new prospects.
Build and maintain a pipeline and accurately forecast business outcomes on a consistent basis
Collaborate with required internal and external stakeholders across Genpact and/or Rightpoint teams in preparing responses to RFPs, proposals and contractual agreements; contribute to preparations.
Consistently qualify, generate, and execute opportunities that provide measurable value to our Clients and profitable revenue to Rightpoint.
Working with advisory and analyst firms to cultivate channel / advisory relationships
Representing Rightpoint at relevant conferences, tradeshows, and industry forums
Consistently generating $5M+ in annual contract value by positioning Rightpoints, offerings
What We’d Love to See:
Demonstrated sales experience in the technology consulting and/or digital agency space including prospecting for and closing sizable deals (e.g., $2M+)
Self-motivated and disciplined, you have a track record of regularly forecasting and obtaining sales goals
History of collaborating closely and effectively with delivery, operations, and practice teams in business development, relationship management, and competency building scenarios
Ability to partner with leading technology providers to develop mutual Client value
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with a focus on building trusted relationships
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize opportunities, overcome obstacles, obtain results, and finesse the sale
Bonus for a passion for a particular industry (e.g. retail, financial services) or solution (e.g. customer experience, web, mobile app development)
Knowledge of pricing
Ability to influence C level clients
