Brief Description:

The role of the Business Development Intern is to support the CrescentRating research team and HalalTrip marketing team in the development of market reports and curation of Muslim friendly travel content published on the HalalTrip website, mobile app and social media platforms. This could be in the form of storytelling through event coordination, native advertorial content or design collaterals for marketing materials.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify potential business leads for the company’s various products and services
Analyse data and intel on competitor landscape and customer demand to identify business opportunities
Plan and coordinate events with partners and stakeholders
Implement business development plans and follow up on leads
Creatively use graphics and data visualization
Review business development strategies to ensure alignment with overall corporate strategies
A passion for the industry and staying on top of travel trends
Assist in CrescentRating and HalalTrip in other related duties and responsibilities as required
