Job Description : Mission:
Contribute to the customer acceptance, satisfaction, and profitability of Epiroc machines and aftermarket service via strong compliance to our core values. Support the business development by explore the market potentials and realization of new process, tools, products, and technology.
Reports to:General Manager – Epiroc Mining India Limited Specific Areas of Responsibility:
Responsibilities of this role consists of but are not limited to the below:
Identify new opportunities, develop & coordinate action plans for implementation and support on new technologies, e.g. Electrification, Digitalization and Automation solutions etc., and look for synergy and collaboration between all involved divisions or third partner companies.
Lead the efforts in entering into new business model and application exploration or customer solution offerings.
Promote digital solutions with new technologies or software systems integrated into business process, business tools.
Support a long term sustainable aftermarket business by local initiatives projects in localization, reman, midlife rebuilds, and CES etc., to cover the customer demands in H&M&L segments.
Coordinate the assigned business development projects in align with the strategies, business plan and market needs.
Ensure there is good cooperation between the capital equipment and parts & services business lines in the assigned projects.
Support Marketing & Sales activities to grow the Market and Customer Shares.
Hiring QualificationEducation:
Engineering or business qualifications are essential, preferably a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
Experience/Skills/Knowledge:
At least 5 years’ managerial experience with proven leadership skills.
Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the mining and/or construction industry.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a result driven mentality.
Proficient level skills in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent skills in English both verbally and written.
Direct sales or commercial experience is preferred.
Cross functional or cross cultural project management experience is preferred.
Good financial understanding.
Personality:
An agile mindset and Dare to think new.
Respect for all people and cultures.
Good relationship builder and trust enabler.
Able to manage multiple projects without sacrificing schedule or quality.
Resourceful, self-managed, and goal driven but still able to work effectively in a team.
