Job Description : ABOUT US: Let’s Learn Together provides app based coaching for competitive exams for jobs in the government sector such as APSC, Jr Assistant Exam, TET etc. We are recognised by Startup India, incubated in IIM Calcutta Innovation Park and supported by Numaligarh Refinery Ltd.NAME OF POST: * Business Development Manager*RESPONSIBILITYContacting leads through phone or visitExplaining about our service and benefits and trying to convince them to purchase our servicesLead generationAdvertisement campaignsSALARYTraining periodUpto 2 conversionsSalary will be Rs 5000/-After appointmentStarting basic salary: Rs 10,000/- per month* Monthly incentives: Rs 250 for all sales of more than 20 credit per monthSalary hikes: There will be 10% hike in base salary for every 30 credits.1 credit = Rs 3000 in salesFor example:In one month, you did 32 sales, so your salary would be as followsBase salary: Rs 10000Incentive (32-20) x 250= Rs 3000TAKE HOME SALARY Rs 10000 + 3000=13000/-In the next month you did 32 sales, so new salary will beBase salary: Rs 11000 (Increase in 10% from previous month)Incentive (32-20)x 250= Rs 3000TAKE HOME SALARY Rs 11000 +3000= 14000/monthHowever, if your monthly credit is less than 10, you will be given 30% of the total revenue earned by you in that month.LEAVEYou will be provided with 1 day of paid leave per month.LOCATIONSilpukhuri, GuwahatiWORK LOADApproximately 40 contacts a day and 2 conversions a dayShould be available after working hours if required by the client.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹120,000.00 per yearBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementFlexible schedulePaid sick timeSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payPerformance bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)
