Winner Winner is a mobile game app that enables users from anywhere to play real, live-streaming skill games for real prizes. Whether it is winning a coveted plushy or saving up tickets to trade in for larger prizes in the Winner’s Circle, Winner Winner provides a true skill gaming experience with just a few taps on your phone, no matter your location.

We’ve recently launched in 3 new international markets, are growing significantly each quarter and have recently completed our Series A fundraising round. About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development leader to head our partnership strategy across different channels and markets. This person will be responsible for growing our B2B partnership network and forging relationships with retailers and brands across the markets we operate in. We are aiming to build a network of partner companies where we can be of use to them and their customer base and where we can rely on them to drive traffic to our ecosystem. You will work closely with the co-founders and marketing team to define our biz dev strategy and growth approach.
A few things you’ll own include:
Research and discovery of potential partnerships with grocery stores, retail stores, brands, manufacturers and any other business that may have an overlap with what we do
Facilitate introductions, establish rapport and arrange dialogues with potential partners
Planning and overseeing new offline marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
Increasing the value of current customers through partnership opportunities while also attracting new ones
Finding and developing new markets to improving revenue
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events ad-hoc
Developing detailed partnership plans with potential partners
Developing partnership goals and work to build a framework for evaluating potential opportunities
Who We’re Looking For
Passionate about forging new connections and networking
Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field
Proven sales track record with fluency in marketing (bonus if in a tech setting)
3+ years experience in a biz dev role with partnership execution experience
Action oriented; you have experience working in an early-stage startup environment and thrive in a constantly changing state. You seize opportunity and don’t wait for direction to drive effective change
Ability to manage and evaluate multiple opportunities across multiple markets and prioritize based on their impact and effort
Flourish with minimal guidance; everyone has a boatload of work on their plate and we need to add folks to our team who can get up and make things happen every day
