The Business Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing the strategy to market products and services to small and mid-size businesses; oversee end-to-end strategy and execution of all business marketing campaigns and initiatives. Other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:Develop and execute the strategy to market products and services to small and mid-size businesses; oversee end-to-end strategy and execution of all business marketing campaigns and initiativesManage business partnership initiatives including Balboa Capital, USPF, iVita and GGL.Launch programs that drive pipeline in support of new product and solution introductions, new geographies, new market segments, and new personasDevelop and execute effective cross-sell strategies to increase current business customer relationshipsDevelop and report on marketing metrics of business campaigns to show efficacy and refine strategyManage the business marketing budgetProactively create relationships throughout the bank; be a trusted advisor to the business and the first point of contact for business marketing discussionsPartner closely with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Operations leadership – and others as needed, internally and externally – to ensure fully integrated execution of all programsRecommend tools and technologies needed to advance our business banking marketing objectivesIn partnership with Advertising Director and internal and external teams, deliver thoughtful messaging and creative to elevate demand program performanceEstablishes and ensures compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirementsFacilitates as-needed requests
Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:Adobe Design and Microsoft Office suite proficiencyQualtrics proficiencyProven ability to learn quickly and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentHigh attention to detailDemonstrated ability to prioritize workflow
Industry and Work Experience:3-5 years of relevant advertising, marketing and project management experience (advertising agency experience is a plus)
Academic:High school diploma or GED required.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in marketing, mixed media, design or related field
