KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To be professional, caring, and compassionate whilst always delivering excellent quality of care.
Completing all care duties and tasks, detailed in the individual care plan
Assisting clients with all personal care: toileting, washing, dressing etc.
Assisting in practical support such as house cleaning; cooking; dish washing; etc.
Ensuring clients are provided with refreshments and light snacks, as required
Prompting clients to take medication (as required)
Promoting independence and choice where possible.
Upholding client’s rights and preserving their dignity, always
Maintaining HCIL standards, in line with our Policies and Procedures HCIL

As a result of COVID-19, we are continuously reviewing and updating our robust policies and procedures in relation to safe working practices, infection control (including enhanced PPE where required) and social distancing guidelines.
