Cash & Banking Assistant
Full Time/ 12 Month FTC
Based in North Bristol
To effectively manage the day to day running of the cash and banking team ensuring all processes are completed accurately and within the agreed timeframes and deadlines.
Key responsibilities include-
To lead the Cash and Banking team, manage annual leave, sickness and actively support team members to provide a comprehensive service through mentoring and trainingComplete bank reconciliations on a monthly basis ensuring the team have completed all company bank reconciliations in the month with any reconciling items fully investigatedCarry out banking relevant to the support centreTo work cross functionally with all departments to ensure all bank postings are posted correctly and to the relevant cost or income accountTo assist with the processing of employee expenses and maintain the company credit cardsTo maintain accurate records for audit purposes and assist with internal and external audit processes where requiredTo complete the monthly rent payment run accurately for the company estate ensuring all payments are made as per the leaseComplete and obtain the appropriate approval for all bank correspondence and paymentsAssist in maintaining the company bank mandates and online banking accessComplete monthly balance sheet reconciliations ensuring the correct escalation routes are followedAd hoc duties as and when required
