Job Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad
JOB DESCRIPTION
Skills Required-
Responsibilities:
Manage customer expectations of response time and issue resolution.
Troubleshoot and reproduce the technical problems reported by customers and define workarounds.
Work with the development team on the more complex issues.
Deliver software patches and upgrades to resolve customer issues.
AEM Fundamentals:
CRXde
JCR
Apache Sling
HTL
OSGI Apache Felix
JAVA/Java Servlets
Maven, GIT
Requirement:
Hands-on experience on sling model, OSGI components and services.
Extensive experience on custom components (Dialog, Design Dialog).
Hands on experience on editable templates, policies, style systems, content fragment and experience fragment.
Excellent skill on troubleshooting and debugging on AEM.
Hands on knowledge on HTML, Java script and CSS.
Good communication skills is must.
Ability to work in different working hour shifts including Night shift and week end hours.
Experience: 3 to 8 Years
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech, MCA, BCA, M.Tech
