Job Description : Civil Engineer ( Full Time )· A minimum of 5 years of working experience in reputed construction company with a pre requisite to stay at Site .( AY Ashram Nive Mulshi)· Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc· Strong communication and interpersonal skills· Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar· Project management and supervision skills· BS/MA in Civil Engineering Manage, design, develop, create and maintain projects· Conduct on site investigations and analyse data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)· Draw up blueprints according to technical specifications· Assess material and labour costs· Provide advice and suggestions to resolve problems· Monitor progress of projects· Prepare Project reports· Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials· Lodging & Boarding shall be provided.· Probation Period of 6 Months Probation Period· Its a Residential Job· Salary between 20.000 to 25,000 per monthMinimum Lock in Time 3-4 years.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Weekend availabilityCOVID-19 considerations:Common Surfaces Sanitized Regularly, Participants, Students, Visitors Need to Wear a MaskApplication Question(s):pre requisite to stay at SiteEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Quality Control: 1 year (Preferred)total workorking experience in reputed construction company: 5 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
