Job Description : Class Support AssistantBramley areaMonday-Friday from 9am-4pm.—Do you want to kick start your career in an education setting?Do you have a passion for working with children with Special Educational Needs?If so, we would like to hear from you!—We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, experienced individual to join an outstanding dedicated SEN school in the Bramley area. You will support pupils with Autism and related disabilities within the classroom and break time environment. You will encourage learning progression and social development to help each child reach their full potential. The school will provide you with comprehensive practical and theoretical training alongside a career pathway in SEN teaching within a very friendly and supportive environment. You will be encouraging and enabling learning and development in all aspects of daily life, whether that is on site at the school, or out in the community. You will make a difference to our pupils by participating in social, leisure and educational activities, by encouraging and enabling learning and development in all aspects of daily life, and by facilitating and supporting pupils’ decision making and promoting choice.Having your own means of transport is essential due to rural location.—We offer our Class Support Assistants:· Salary: £16,055 pro rata (£17,167 FTE based on 34.75 hours) plus extensive CPD and benefits package· Contract terms: 32.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 09:00am – 4:00pm.
