Job Description : Role:
Enrolling of students onto Tolley Online Academy (this is an online system that allows students to access their course material)
Invoicing customer’s onto their Tax courses
Processing orders to ensure that students receive the correct course material.
Entering exam marks onto the Online Academy
Allocating marking of student exams
answering customer queries
• Liaising with our team in the UK
• Creating and sending monthly reports to clients/contractors
• Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree
No pre-existing knowledge required but should have work experience (2-4 years)
Used to working with systems
Used to following procedures
Computer literate
Good English speaker
Eye for detail
