The Role
A fantastic opportunity for someone with a variety of security skills wanting to fast track their cloud security career.
You will work in a fast-growing team helping customers assess, implement, manage, and monitor their Microsoft security and compliance solutions. You will also be involved in delivering security assessments and environment hardening of Azure and Microsoft 365.

Key Duties of the Role will include:
Delivering security services to Satalyst’s customers
Review and report on best practice cloud security
Review and report on Essential 8 maturity mitigations strategies
Conduct security assessments and risk analysis
Engaging with business leaders to complete assessments of current state cyber security profile/posiiton, understanding their business requirements to advise the best approaches to improve organisational cyber security awareness and pathway to increase maturity levels to meet future business needs
Conduct onsite advisory sessions and workshops with clients when required
Contribute to training and development of the team
Ensure compliance with SLAs as well as relevant process and procedures and will play an active role in continually improving them
What We Want
Essential
Strong experience in cyber security with a focus on the Microsoft technology stack
Minimum 2 years general experience in IT Security roles
Microsoft Certification MS-500 Microsoft 365 Security Administrator
Solid understanding of security threats, trends and standards
Ability to clearly communicate and provide consultation services to clients, potential clients and business stakeholders
Ability to prepare quality written correspondence, and internal and external-facing documentation
Ability to lead successful workshops and drive client meetings
Undertake and complete Microsoft certification exams
Highly desirable
Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
GIAC Cloud Security Essentials (GCLD)
Baseline / NV1 Security Clearance
Experience in mentoring and coaching of staff members
Prior experience working in a Professional Services Organisation
A tertiary qualification and/or industry security certifications
Soft skills

Strong communication and relationship building skills with both internal teams and external customers
Creative and tenacious problem solver, who will think beyond the status quo and will own issues until full resolution
