Job Description : Tasks
Drive scalable architecture, design and performance optimizations for Automotive Cloud platform and applications
Contribute to develop scalable AWS components and solutions for automotive use cases
Technical evaluation of cloud services to be used regarding performance and functionality
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operations using tools and frameworks (IaC, CaC)
Containerize and Orchestrate complex simulation tools & workflows
Migrate and maintain on-prem services and solutions to AWS cloud platform
Automation of Deployments. Design and implement reliable Conti-compliant operational processes, including Alerting, Monitoring and Escalations in case of operational & security issues
Clarification of important cloud architecture interfaces between Continental and business partners
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science or equivalent with minimum 3 years of experience (Max 8yrs)
Working knowledge in Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure) and Cloud Architecture.
Proven experience in architecting and realizing scalable cloud computing platform using AWS services – EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway, Elastic Beanstalk, DynamoDB, AWS Batch, ECS, EKS, SNS, SQS, Lambda, MWAA, QuickSight, Athena, Redshift, Sagemaker
Hands on experience in ‘Infrastructure as Code’ development using AWS CDK, Ansible, Terraform
Proven experience in implementing distributed applications in a container environment (Docker/Kubernetes)
Hands-on experience in building functionalities/logic using the Lambda functions serverless architecture with AWS components
Experience on AWS DevOps stack AWS CodePipeline, AWS CodeBuild
Strong in Python programming and Yaml scripting
Experience in orchestrating workflows using “Amazon Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow (MWAA)” is added advantage
Exposure on IoT platforms for Edge computing with AWS IoT core, Greengrass is added advantage
Experience working in an Agile development methodology is preferred
