Job Description : * Dear Candidates Read properly job description then applywe are looking to hire candidates preferably from Finance background.COMPANY : American Academy of financial ManagementQUALIFICATION: GRADUATE/PG with CFP/CWM modules clearedJob Description Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions for deviations in SOPs. Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits Develop new standards & policies, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines Identify training needs and take action to ensure company-wide compliance Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of MIS/Daily reports to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables Accuracy in local quality function in tracking, documenting,and reporting quality levels as well as KPIs Analyze and investigate mis-sellings/ reported qualityissues to ensure closure in accordance with SOP guidelines Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain andanalyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and reporting system to ensureproductivity.
