Job Description : 1. Promoting, Up-Selling and Cross-Selling Blush treatments to clients2. Ensuring clinic discipline and cleanliness is followed and maintained3. Photo Tagging4. Client care and welfare5. Optimum utilization of resources to ensure profitability and reduce costs6. Grievances – Technical(Machine& Product) and from clients7. KRA and JD of yourself.The following points need to be adhered to and followed strictly.DAILY DUTIES· Report to your designated clinic at the designated time· Punch in attendance in machine on entering clinic· Adhere to your grooming protocol· Brief staff on daily promotions, offers other relevant information.· Consult, Counsel, Promote and Perform services as per the protocol of Blush and as trained by Dr Jamuna Pai.· Adhere to your treatment protocol.· Before every treatment, hand consent form to client and ensure they understand its contents before the sign it. Also ensure complete form is signed and stored away in a proper manner.· Take photos of “before”, “half done” and “after” treatment to show the client the results of the treatment performed.· Report treatment and client feedback to the Clinic Manager· In case of a complaint, attend to the clients query and take the necessary action, as per Blush protocols.· Ensure treatment room is ready as per Blush protocols before taking in the client· Checklist to be done thoroughly for each treatment performed (e.g., Voluma, Botox, Thermage, Peels.)Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹38,000.00 per monthBenefits:Leave encashmentSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Overtime payPerformance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:Only Vaccinated Employees are allowed , Compulsory Utilisation of Sanitizers and masksExperience:in Dermatics: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
