The candidate should also be able to efficiently leverage creativity and data-driven insights to deliver copies that engage the target audience and aid in the growth of the brands that the candidate is working on.A good understanding of business concepts and B2B and B2C markets is preferred. As we are a digital marketing agency, we also expect the candidate to deliver timely and eye-catching content while working in a fast-paced working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategize social media content calendar for assigned brandsCreate writing schedules and complete allocated tasks within given deadlinesConduct in-depth research to understand the client’s needs and target audiences to produce relevant and innovative content.Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned brandsCreate content in diverse formats for social media posts, blogs, case studies, white papers that create value for the brand.Optimize social media posts (language, tone, and message) that are receptive to the target audience’s behaviors.Strategize, plan and conceptualize creative content campaigns on various social media platforms – Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, YouTube, Pinterest and TwitterEngage in the promotion of the brand and its content in various forumsMaintain active social media engagement of brandsSkill requirements and qualifications1 to 3 years of professional experience in copy or content writing with a solid portfolio of workBachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or related disciplineExceptional writing and research skillsProficient in both written and spoken EnglishFamiliarity with content management systemsSocial media or content marketing experienceExcellent organizational skills and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and with a team to efficiently meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environmentA keen eye for detailPreferred skillsWorking knowledge of SEO and web analyticsAgency ExperienceProofreading experienceFamiliarity with online paid advertisingJob Mode: Work from Office (only)Location: BengaluruJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹250,000.00 – ₹450,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):What is your current CTC?What is your expected CTC?Why do you want to work at First Launch?Experience:Content writing: 1 year (Preferred)
