Job Description : The ideal candidate is a creative team player, talented wordsmith, and grammar sleuth. You will be responsible for developing marketing and communications content that will separate us from the crowd.ResponsibilitiesFamiliarizing self with clients’ products and services, the target audience and competitors’ activities.Ensures that deliveries for assigned BU are completed on time working closely with the Art team.Crafts and hones clear, smart and persuasive copy that is compelling and fits with agreed client brief.Collaborates with senior copywriters and designers to come up with creative ways to deliver the message.Ensures copy tone and style are consistent with brand and style guidelines.Proof reading copy to check spelling and grammar.Connects to the Design resource to ensure that Copy and Design for the concept are in sync with each other.Writes multiple iterations of copy incorporating suggestions.Mentors, guides, and formally manage Design Team members, esp. in building a good industry perspective and background research.Monitors project to ensure due dates are met by assigned resourcesKey processes for the roleBe part of client visits if the assignment calls for it.Completes the background research on the industry and the client before the commencement of the Creative role.Be part of daily standup meeting, provide proper updates and ensure that the work committed is delivered as per timelines.Work in close sync with your teammates in Copy/ Client Services , take time for ideation/ review if required, ensuring an ongoing connect with team for the assignment.Provide proper contributions for the assigned tasks and ensure timely updates on completion/ delays to Manager/ Traffic Controller.Develops thorough industry perspective for client engagements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Advertising5 to 6 years’ of marketing or copywriting experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with excellent attention to detailJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹50,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftExperience:Copywriters: 5 years (Preferred)Application Deadline: 15/03/2022Expected Start Date: 10/03/2022
