Job Description : Cost Accountant ( Full Time ) · A minimum of 5 years of working experience in reputed construction company with a pre requisite to stay at Site. ( AY Ashram, Nive Mulshi )· Developing cost standards for materials and labour.· Estimation of Project with price comparison and sourcing of Materials .· Designing and implementing cost accounting systems.· Analysing production costs and recommending changes.· Overseeing annual physical inventory.· Hiring, training and supervising cost and inventory accounting staff.· Foundation Course of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India/ Graduation· Perpetration of BOQ Civil & Interiors Project Analysis .· Lodging & Boarding shall be provided.· Probation Period of 6 Months Probation Period· Its a Residential Job· Salary between 20.000 to 25,000 per month· Minimum Lock in Time 3-4 years.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Fixed shiftWeekend availabilityCOVID-19 considerations:Common Spaces Sanitised Regulary , Participants and Students Visitors Need to Wear MaskApplication Question(s):pre requisite to stay at SiteExperience:working experience in reputed construction company: 5 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
