Job Description : We are digital studio based in Dubai, and to expand our activity, we are looking for 2 creative designers. We have global customers in Middle East, Europe, USA, and Asia, and we are looking for one profile specialized in Real Estate and Interior Design. The 2nd one will be more focus on creations for app developments and digital screens creations for luxury retail.The responsibilities will include :Conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completionCollaborating with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirementsDirecting and motivating teams of art directors, illustrators, designers etc. to help them use their talents effectivelyLead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideasWrite and design unique and well-crafted designs, motion designs and applications that meet clients’ needs as well as our ownRevise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the teamTrain and guide subordinates into accomplished professionalsMonitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the futureRequirements :Proven experience as a similar creative roleHand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design, motion design, 3D, UX-UI and brand developmentExcellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.Outstanding leadership and organization skillsExemplary interpersonal and analytical abilitiesBSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field; MSc/MA will be considered an assetJob is based in DubaiJob Types: Full-time, PermanentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From AED7,000.00 per month
